We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee multiple utility locating and subsurface investigation projects across NSW.

About the Role

As a Project Manager, you will coordinate all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, resource allocation, client communication, and quality control. You will lead project teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and manage projects from initiation through completion
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project milestones
Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
Oversee health and safety compliance on all projects
Manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation
Resolve issues and risks proactively to minimise delays
Prepare reports and assist with tender and proposal development

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years’ project management experience in construction, civil, or utilities sectors
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Valid Australian driver’s licence
